DISCOVERY
We will discuss your organization, goals for the video, target audience, usage, and technical specifications. We will also review the creative brief, boards & script(s) provided (if available/appropriate for the project) and finalize a schedule with milestones. I will learn as much as possible about your style preferences and strategy. You'll also hand off any existing relevant assets (logos, brand guidelines, fonts) footage, voice-over track, and music selection (if available).

FOOTAGE LOAD & BREAKDOWN:
I will ingest and break down/organize all provided footage and other assets.

ROUGH CUT 1:
Using the provided script and boards I will begin putting a rough cut together. If a voiceover and/or music is required I will use either the provided voiceover & music track or I will record a placeholder voiceover scratch track for timing. If music is needed and has not been provided, I will conduct a stock music search and select something that works with the edit. There will also be rough motion graphics placeholders for timing (if appropriate for the project)

ROUGH CUT 1 REVIEW & FEEDBACK:
We will review the rough cut and discuss feedback. After the meeting, you will send consolidated feedback from all appropriate stakeholders.

ROUGH CUT 1 REVISIONS:
I will apply all feedback from the Rought Cut 1 review.

ROUGH CUT 2 REVIEW & FEEDBACK:
We will review the revised rough cut with motion graphics placeholders and discuss feedback. After the meeting, you will send consolidated feedback from all appropriate stakeholders.

FINAL REVISIONS:
I will apply all feedback gathered for Rough Cut 2 and send it for final review and final approval with placeholder motion graphics.

FINAL PICTURE LOCK APPROVAL:
You will review and approve the final edit. Shot selection & timing are considered locked and the edit will move into the next phase of post-production.

COLOR CORRECTION (GRADING):
I will start by color grading 1 or 2 shots and send them for your approval prior to applying the look to the entire video. After 2 revisions and upon approval, I will make sure that the footage is color balanced and uniform throughout the video. If the video requires custom color grading or a specific look/treatment that cannot be achieved with my suite of tools, that can be arranged with a colorist for an additional cost.
I will send the final color-corrected video for approval and make any final color revisions.

STILL OR MOTION GRAPHICS/ DESIGN & MOTION TEST:
Once the color has been approved we will discuss the direction for the still or motion graphic designs. I will create 2 looks to choose from with a brief description/treatment of the animation (if applicable). When a direction is chosen I will create a motion test for your review and approval. After receiving feedback/approval I will begin creating and animating all of the motion graphics or placing the still graphics.

CREATIVE PRESENTATION:
You will review the final color corrected video with the motion graphics and audio scratch track (not final mixed). At this point, you will be giving final feedback on the motion graphics/still graphics. I will apply one more round of revisions on the motion graphics/still graphics and resend them for your review.

AUDIO MIX:
Voiceover files should be provided and final music should be approved at this point. I will mix audio files and adjust/add sound effects. If a studio mix with an audio engineer is required that can be arranged for an additional cost.

APPROVAL & FINAL DELIVERY:
You will provide final approval on the video and I will deliver the final video to spec along with the project files.
