The Scope
The goal of this project is to create an animated intro & outro for your video. The animations will be placed in the provided video and compressed to final specifications.
This project assumes that ALL DESIGN FILES will be provided by the client AND WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Design files for the Lower Third Graphics - including a style frame with layout, fonts, colors
- Design files for the Intro and Outro animation - including a style frame with all assets as layered files
- All logos, fonts, and video footage
- Final video compression specifications
Animator/Editor will provide the following:
- Animated lower thirds
- Animated Intro & Animated Outro
- Placement of all lower thirds & intro/outro motion graphics in the video(s)
- Final video - compressed to spec
- Final project files

Process & Approach
DISCOVERY:
We will discuss the goals of the video and any brand/creative guidelines for the animations. This will also be an opportunity to review and handoff creative assets including:
- Design files for the Lower Third Graphics - including a style frame with layout, fonts, colors as layered files
- Design files for the Intro and Outro animation - including a style frame with all assets as layered files
- All logos, fonts, and video footage
- Final compression specifications
MOTION TEST: Lower 3rd
I will provide 2-3 rough motion tests for the Lower 3rd. You will review the options, select a direction and provide feedback.
Revision 1 - Feedback will be applied and presented.
Revision 2 - Small revisions can be made and then the final animation style will be approved
MOTION TEST: Intro
I will provide 2-3 rough motion tests for the Intro. You will review the options, select a direction and provide feedback.
Revision 1 - Feedback will be applied and presented.
Revision 2 - Small revisions can be made and then the final animation style will be approved.
MOTION TEST: Outro
I will provide 2-3 rough motion tests for the Outro. You will review the options, select a direction and provide feedback.
Revision 1 - Feedback will be applied and presented.
Revision 2 - Small revisions can be made and then the final animation style will be approved
EDIT - Rough Cut
All final approved animations will be placed in the video - Intro, Outro, and Lower 3rds. Video will be provided for review and feedback.
